Laura Estandia, Bike Miami Valley Executive Director
Laura is a 2010 graduate of the University of Dayton with a BA in English and Theatre. She sits on the CEO’s for Cities: Dayton Cluster and the Montgomery County Arts and Cultural District Board. In her spare time, Laura volunteers for TEDxDayton and in her neighborhood, Historic South Park. Laura was recognized as a 2013 “40 Under 40” recipient from Dayton Business Journal and was one of WiBN’s “25 Women to Watch in 2014”. Laura loves using her bike for transportation and recreation, and she is a League Certified Instructor (LCI) through the League of American Bicyclists.

Chris Buck, Business Development Manager
Chris is a lifelong resident of the Miami Valley. He holds a background in customer service and small business marketing through his work at The Berry Company. He monitors the Link Bike Share system and helps customers with membership purchases and renewals, as well as promoting special events to engage new users of the program. He is a League Certified Instructor (LCI) through the League of American Bicyclists.
Several years ago, Chris became passionate about expanding the cycling movement taking place in Dayton. He volunteered for the Bike Miami Valley Regional Advocacy Committee as the Membership Coordinator, working to secure membership benefits through partnerships with local businesses. During his spare time, Chris can be found on the bike paths with his family and friends or building Frankenstein bikes at his home in Oakwood.

Emmy Fabich, Program Manager
Emmy is the Program Manager for Bike Miami Valley. As a staff person, she has launched new, innovative education programs for cyclists and motorists and bike advocacy campaigns.
She received a degree in Environmental Studies from Hiram College, and moved to Dayton to work for Five Rivers MetroParks in the Outdoor Recreation department. Emmy is an avid bike commuter and mountain biker and board member of Miami Valley Mountain Bike Association MVMBA. She is a League Certified Instructor (LCI) through the League of American Bicyclists. She is an involved downtown Dayton dweller and co-conspirator of various UpDayton projects since 2011. She teaches river kayaking courses on local waterways and walks her dog along the nations largest paved trail network.
