As the Cycling Summit returns to having an in-person event, the Program Committee is taking a new approach to building our program of breakout sessions. For the May 19, 2023 Summit, Bike Miami Valley is providing an opportunity for you or a panel of speakers to let us know what great stories and information you have to share. The Cycling Summit audience is anyone looking to leverage cycling for economic development and build safe, vibrant streets. Submissions are due by 5:00 PM, January 6, 2023, Follow the button below to fill out our Session Nomination Form and tell the Program Committee all about your proposed session!

We anticipate having a total of nine breakout sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour. If you have a short topic – that’s okay! We can group short presentations into a single session. We are even open to “poster presentations” which would be on display in the Dayton Metro Library throughout the Summit.

The Program Committee will review all session proposals received and select the best fits for schedule, formats, variety, and diversity. The Program Committee may also reach out and make direct invitations for speakers, if needed to build a robust program.
